Something to keep in mind while applying for a marriage license in Oregon is that there is a 3 day waiting period. Those are 3 BUSINESS days, so if you file for your marriage license on Friday then you will have to wait through the weekend and into the next week to receive your license. The marriage license is valid for 60 days.
